Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for process improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Conduct market and business research to support strategic decisions.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Work closely with stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to define project requirements.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and project documentation.
- Assist in project planning, implementation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
- Support product development and process automation initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Microsoft Visio is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of Business Analyst experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
