Overvie

wWe are seeking a Product Associate / Product Manager to support a co-branded credit card servicing platform. This role will partner closely with engineering, business, and data teams to define requirements, manage backlog delivery, and support end-to-end product execution

.Key Responsibilitie

Define and document functional & non-functional requirements in JIRA/Confluenc
Create and manage epics, user stories, and acceptance criteri
Partner with cross-functional teams (design, data, engineering, architecture
Drive backlog prioritization and executio
Track risks, blockers, and dependencie s, and drive resolutio
Provide bi-weekly status update s across initiative
Support UAT and integration testing coordinatio
Lead cross-product call s, document discussions, and action item
Work with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solution
Leverage AI tool s to improve documentation (epics/stories

Required Skill

6-9 years of Product Management / Product Owner experienc
Strong experience writing JIRA epics & user storie
Experience working in Agile environment
Strong stakeholder management + communication skill
Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environment
Experience identifying and resolving risks/blocker
