Socket.dev is seeking a Head of Strategy & Biz Ops for its NYC onsite team. You will partner directly with the founders to shape strategy, scale operations, and lead critical hiring and client delivery as the first hire in this function.
You will build scalable operating systems, onboard vendors, manage contracts, payroll coordination, and drive strategic initiatives while handling day-to-day operational details at a fast-growing creator economy platform.
