We are looking to expand our team with the addition of an Innovation Analyst.

Our ideal candidate is a bold, highly strategic thinker focused on creating groundbreaking growth with our clients. This role is for someone who consistently goes above and beyond, fuelled by intrinsic motivation and a strong drive to challenge boundaries. The candidate should have expertise in designing and rigorously testing new growth concepts through extensive primary research. As a skilled problem solver, they must efficiently manage multiple concepts, clients, and projects, applying world-class testing methodologies to foster client growth.

• Support strategy and innovation projects by conducting research, structuring insights, and assisting in the development of deliverables.
• Work alongside consultants and partners to build market landscapes, assess opportunities, and test business hypotheses.
• Assist in the design and execution of sprints, workshops, and pilot initiatives for clients across industries.
• Contribute to the development of internal tools, databases, and reusable assets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of work experience in consulting, startups, tech, finance, or research-based roles.
• Proficiency in M365 & G-Suite; familiarity with Notion, or Figma is a plus.
• Strong writing and synthesis skills; experience building slides or dashboards is an asset.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders.

• Hybrid role based in New York, which requires domestic and international travel for client and company events.
• Must be eligible to work in the US and able to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Reports to Associate Partner.

• Base salary is between USD $75,000 and USD $85,000, plus performance-based incentives.
