Job Opportunity

Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for projects and initiatives. Evaluate existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for informed business decisions. Prepare clear and comprehensive business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and other relevant documentation. Work with cross-functional teams to design solutions that align with business goals and objectives.

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements. Participate in testing activities to validate that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards. Assist in developing change management strategies and plans to facilitate smooth implementation of new processes or systems.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3 years proven experience in business analysis, with a track record of successful project delivery. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex concepts into practical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in creating clear and concise business requirement documents, process flows, and other relevant documentation.

Familiarity with business analysis tools, project management tools, and office productivity software.
