Discovery is the job. As a Solutions Expert, your primary responsibility is to uncover holes and problems inside a business and determine which AI agents are best suited to address them.

This role is built around asking the right questions. Your success depends on how well you can understand how a company operates, where it is losing time or capacity, and what support would actually make a difference.

Lead discovery conversations focused on how the business actually works.

Ask detailed, structured questions to uncover gaps, inefficiencies, and breakdowns.

Identify where AI agents can increase capacity or remove friction.

Match business problems to the most appropriate agent or combination of agents.

Document findings, recommendations, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
