Company Overview
Most companies don’t end in acquisition — they end in closure. Yet shutdown has never been given the same rigor, clarity, or professionalism as the moments that came before it. Nearly 4 million companies shut down every year, creating a massive, overlooked market. Simple Closure is building the infrastructure to change that.
Having raised over $20M from leading VCs and trusted by more than 7,000 companies to date, we streamline the entire business dissolution process — from legal and tax to operational and administrative — as one coordinated effort instead of a patchwork of disconnected steps. We go a step further, helping companies sell their remaining assets and return the most value to their stakeholders, through our Asset Hub.
As the leading platform for company shutdowns, we have something no one else does: a continuous, proprietary flow of companies winding down, and the assets they built along the way. Our buyers span the top AI labs, RL environment providers, vertical and enterprise agent builders, VCs and deal-flow partners, domain marketplaces, and much more. Dissolution is our wedge; the marketplace is a big part of where we’re headed.
Joining our Asset Hub team means helping to define a new category from the ground up, working on complex, high-stakes problems, and building the products and processes that guide founders through one of the most consequential moments in a company’s life.
Job OverviewWe’re looking for a mid-senior Product Manager to own Product for Asset Hub, Simple Closure’s marketplace for the assets left behind when a company shuts down — codebases, work spaces, proprietary data, and talent. Our buyers include some of the top foundation model labs, RL environment providers, and AI agent builders in the world, who rely on Asset Hub as a differentiated source of proprietary data and talent they can’t get anywhere else.
You’ll build the tools and products that power asset selling and buying, improve Simple Closure’s internal processes through technology, and find, manage, and implement partners who let us offer more types of asset value recovery and liquidation. Your work spans Asset Hub’s full surface area — the buyer portal for codebases and work spaces, domains, and Talent Pipe — so partnership experience is essential.
This role reports to Doron Samish, Director of Product, and sits within a dedicated Asset Hub team with a dotted line to Itai Bengal, GM of Asset Hub.
Build the tools and products that power asset selling and buying across Asset Hub’s full surface area — the buyer portal (codebases, work spaces), domains, physical assets, Talent Pipe, and future asset types.
Identify manual, internal processes (asset intake, cataloging, pricing, deal tracking) and replace them with tooling that lets the team scale without adding headcount.
Source, evaluate, negotiate, and manage external partners that let Simple Closure offer more types of asset value recovery and liquidation.
Turn each partnership into a working product and process, not just a signed agreement — own the integration end-to-end.
Partner closely with engineering, legal/compliance, Rev Ops, and GTM to ship and operationalize this work.
Skills & Qualifications
3 years of product management experience, including shipping B2B, platform, or marketplace products end-to-end.
Direct experience building or managing partnerships — sourcing partners, structuring the commercial/product relationship, and shipping the resulting integration.
Comfort owning a broad, sometimes ambiguous surface area and prioritizing ruthlessly across a primary focus and multiple adjacent products.
Experience working with technical or enterprise buyers and sales-assisted, quote-driven motions — not just self-serve.
Strong cross-functional operator, with experience partnering across engineering, legal, and go-to-market.
A bias toward building 0-to-1 and turning ad hoc, manual work into repeatable systems.
Nice to have: experience in data licensing, data marketplaces, M&A/data-room products, domain sales/aftermarket, or talent marketplaces.
Base Salary: $130,000-$170,000, depending on experience…
