POSITION OVERVIEW

The Program Manager, Alternative Investments supports the Associate Director, Alternative Investments and Senior Resident, AIFP in the day-to-day coordination and execution of SEO's Alternative Investments programming for the Alternative Investment Fellowship Program (AIFP). At times, this position may work with the Project Manager for the other programs in the Alternatives Investments portfolio, including Level Up:
Alternative Investments and Investment Academy to encourage pipeline development and joint activities.

While the Program Manager will have exposure to participants and contribute to their development journey, the core of the work centers on keeping programs running smoothly — managing logistics, tracking deliverables, coordinating across coaches and vendors, maintaining program data, and supporting the Senior Resident and Associate Director in executing against strategic priorities. This role serves as an operational backbone for the Alternative Investments Fellowship Program, ensuring that programming is well-organized, information flows effectively across stakeholders, and nothing falls through the cracks.
