We are building the next generation of AI and autonomous agents that can reason, plan, act, and learn to solve critical problems in operations at the huge scale of the world’s largest bank. The AI team for Corporate and Investment Banking operations is transforming the bank by leveraging the latest advancements in agentic AI and LLMs.

As an AI Product Manager Lead at the Corporate and Investment Banking operations team, you will leverage your AI and leadership expertise to lead large areas of our AI strategy, guide product managers and engineers through strategy and execution, and drive our most business‑critical initiatives to delivery key results.

Job responsibilities
  • Defines and drives the AI product strategy for a significant segment of the bank’s operations
  • Collaborates with executive leaders, including Executive Directors and Managing Directors, across various teams to achieve strategic objectives and deliver impactful results.
  • Leads and mentors teams of product managers, providing guidance on their work and supporting their professional development.
  • Develops, maintains, and takes ownership of product roadmaps and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for high‑priority, early‑stage projects and initiatives.
  • Stays current with the latest advancements in AI innovation and agentic practices to ensure JPMorgan Chase leverages cutting‑edge technology in its solutions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
  • Familiarity with advanced AI frameworks and methodologies, including Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocols (MCPs), and agentic pipelines.
  • 4+ Years experience working within an organization recognized for its strong product management culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, other relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Recognized thought leader within a related field
  • Proven ability to motivate and align stakeholders at all levels by developing clear roadmaps and fostering a shared sense of purpose.
  • Skilled at balancing in‑depth technical guidance with overarching strategic vision.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple organizations and product areas, and navigate organizational complexity with ease.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering and launching products at scale, consistently meeting time‑sensitive deadlines.
  • Experience managing and executing complex projects, with a strong track record of taking initiative and achieving impactful results.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
