Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking a curious, motivated, and detail-oriented Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Corporate Social Responsibility Intern to join our team in New York City. This internship is designed for students who are looking to gain hands-on experience supporting DEI and CSR initiatives while building practical skills in program coordination, internal communications, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will support the DEI & CSR team across educational programming, CSR activities, environmental initiatives, responsible sourcing support, communication materials, and metrics tracking.
Through administrative support, project coordination, and collaboration with internal partners, the intern will gain meaningful exposure to culture-building initiatives, social responsibility, and impact-driven business practices.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
- Support the coordination of DEI-focused educational sessions, discussions, events, and programs.
- Assist in the development of communication materials to promote internal DEI efforts.
- Help maintain and update the internal DE&I communication platforms or sites.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR):
- Assist in the coordination of corporate social responsibility activities and initiatives.
- Contribute to projects related to environmental initiatives, including supporting the Green Team.
- Coordinate the annual CSR report.
- Participate in the creation of a Responsible Sourcing Program by scouting, selecting responsible vendors and creating a database.
Administrative Support & Project Coordination:
- Assist with the overall coordination of internal communications related to DEI and CSR.
- Support the collection and analysis of metrics to track the success of DEI & CSR initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support for DEI and CSR program execution.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for diversity training, workshops, and CSR activities.
Learning Objectives
- Develop an understanding of how DEI and CSR strategies support a culture of belonging and meaningful social responsibility.
- Gain practical experience coordinating DEI programming, CSR activities, environmental initiatives, and responsible sourcing projects.
- Build communication, organization, and project coordination skills through hands-on support of team priorities.
- Learn how internal partners collaborate to support inclusive workforce initiatives and social impact efforts.
- Strengthen analytical skills through metrics tracking, reporting support, and the identification of trends and actionable insights.
- Develop confidence working in a fast-paced luxury environment while supporting purpose-driven initiatives.
We welcome applications from undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Sustainability, Social Impact, Public Relations, Data Analytics, or a related field. Candidates should bring curiosity, a willingness to learn, and a demonstrated interest in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Corporate Social Responsibility. This role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable using or learning Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
The team values strong written and verbal communication skills, discretion, professionalism, a proactive mindset, and the ability to analyze information, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is welcomed but not required.
Compensation
- Undergraduate Interns will be compensated at: $20/hour
- Graduate Interns will be compensated at $25/hour
Criteria
- Currently enrolled undergraduate/graduate student pursuing a degree in a related field of study
- Able and willing to work at assigned location or able and willing to relocate to NYC
- We welcome candidates that can commit to a full-time basis for up to 37.5 hours per week from September 2026 to December 2026.
- Legally authorized to work in the US
This position requires 4 days per week on site in the Louis Vuitton Corporate Office, located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan.
