The Incentives Lab is advertising a role to build and run Ramp's account-executive incentive programs end to end, including plan docs, payout calculations, dispute workflows and quarterly retros. You will work closely with Sales Finance and Biz Sys to align incentives with business goals and revenue targets.
As part of the team, you will help redesign the SPIFF stack at least once and contribute to the broader strategy of incentive design for high-velocity sales teams.
