Job SummaryWe are looking for an organized and proactive Project Manager to coordinate projects across multiple departments and support the sales team. The role involves managing project schedules, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication between teams, monitor progress, and identify potential risks to keep projects on track. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate project deliverables across departments including Sales, Marketing, Design, Operations, and Product.
- Act as the main communication point between teams to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, and workflows from start to finish.
- Organize customer documentation, proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Support sales efforts by gathering information and coordinating resources.
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders.
- Identify potential delays or risks and develop solutions proactively.
- Schedule meetings, document action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Maintain project management systems and documentation.
- Improve internal processes for better efficiency and communication.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
- Experience supporting sales teams is a plus.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Strong ability to manage timelines and priorities independently.
