** Role Overview
** Ares Management is hiring a Vice President to support execution of the marketing and sales strategy for its real estate debt platform, combining product development/management with investor relations.
** Key Responsibilities**- Raise the profile of Ares Real Estate Group through marketing, communications and branding strategies
- Collaborate on fundraising and due diligence materials: private placement memorandums (PPM), pitch books, investor presentations, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)- Synthesize information from deal, reporting, and accounting teams to prepare investor communication materials
- Identify investor opportunities and work with the business development team to communicate strategies and follow up with investors/prospects
- Evaluate performance metrics to determine appropriate communication of absolute and relative performance and attribution analysis
** About the Role
** Supports both existing and new real estate debt investment offerings, representing Ares Real Estate's investment strategies and operating expertise to investors, consultants and industry contacts with a focus on North America.
