Associate Grants Manager - 2006 Madison Ave (Maintenance)

  • Work closely with department grant managers to support various projects and grant funded programs.
  • Assist with the preparation and timely submission of grant related reports and.
  • Maintain grant-related supporting materials and documentation.
  • Review financial data and monitor grant budgets, work with the grant accountants and program staff to track grant related spending, helping to ensure budgets are spent appropriately.
  • Work with program staff to coordinate implementation of grant activities and ensure deliverables are met in a timely manner.
  • Act as the liaison with funders, maintaining positive funder relations and ensuring the appropriate flow of information and data.
  • Coordinate grant compliance documentation and assist with internal grant setup, contract amendments, reimbursement requests and reporting through funder-specific systems and online portals.
  • Assist with the coordination of grants management efforts to streamline and improve grants management processes, including maintenance of the SharePoint Active Grants List, correspondence with all grant managers with regard to grant management resources and responsibilities and development of additional resources for grant management efficiency.
  • Generate demographic and clinical reports using Institute electronic health record (EHR) reporting system.
  • Support grant proposal and renewals development process as needed; coordinate contributions from multiple staff members, and ensure that proposals are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Development Staff on projects, and assist where needed, including: UDS reporting and data mapping/analysis, AHEC, coordinating Advocacy Week and other projects.
  • Assist in writing, editing, and/or proofreading various written materials produced by the department or for the grant management team.
