Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Deal  Strategy Management Level Director Job  Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Strategy& Deals Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) - Working Capital - Director, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. Your strategic advice will help clients navigate market trends, assess business opportunities, and develop frameworks to maximize value in their business deals.

Within our Deals practice, you will focus on providing strategic support to clients, helping them identify potential risks and opportunities, and formulating strategies to achieve their business objectives.

As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You are expected to be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging our collective strength to maximize client  this role at PwC, you will develop new ideas, solutions, and structures, driving thought leadership and promoting technological advances.

You will create an environment where people and technology thrive together, identifying gaps in the market and converting opportunities into success for the firm.

Responsibilities Leading strategic planning and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives

Analyzing market trends and assessing business opportunities to guide clients in making informed decisions

Developing strategic frameworks to optimize outcomes in deal-making processes

Navigating complex transactions and identifying potential risks and opportunities for clients

Mentoring teams to cultivate potential and drive business growth

Promoting technological advances to create environments where people and technology thrive together

Building and maintaining executive-level client relations to maximize value and achieve business objectives

Overseeing multiple projects and making strategic choices to drive change and address system-level enablers

Developing new ideas, solutions, and structures to drive thought leadership and innovation

Adhering to professional and technical standards, including the Firm's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 9 years of experience

What Sets You Apart Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study:
Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Law/Legal Studies, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain Demonstrating proficiency in financial modeling and analysis

Utilizing strategic planning and questioning to drive business growth

Leading post-merger integration and value creation initiatives

Excelling in competitive analysis and market research

Developing innovative solutions through creativity and systemic thinking

Cultivating executive-level client relationships and mentoring future leaders

Travel Requirements Up to 60%
Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
