About The Opportunity

A fast-growing Healthcare AI startup is seeking a highly driven Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders across operations, partnerships, recruiting, AI automation, and company scaling initiatives. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and can turn strategic priorities into execution.

• Work directly with founders on high-priority company initiatives
• Own and improve day-to-day company operations
• Build and implement AI-enabled workflows and automation
• Support strategic partnerships and business initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
• Execute founder-led projects from strategy through completion
• Support recruiting and team-building initiatives
• Help scale the company's operations and infrastructure

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
• AI-native mindset and strong interest in emerging AI technologies
• Strong operational and organizational skills
• Experience using AI automation tools and workflows
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and execution abilities

• $120K–$200K base salary + 0.1%–0.25% equity
