• Uphold compliance and standards within operational frameworks to maintain quality

• Analyze complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations
• Use tools and methodologies to generate ideas and solve problems

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Preference for study in analytics/data science, artificial intelligence/robotics, biology/biomedical sciences, business administration/management, computer science/information systems, engineering, environmental science/sustainability, health administration/public health, mathematics/statistics, operations/supply chain, project/technology management, or science
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
• Advanced analytical thinking for product development strategies
• Operations management and supply chain optimization expertise
• Ability to develop go-to-market strategies for physical product manufacturing
• Familiarity with emerging technologies for product lifecycle management
• Effective communication skills for complex client relationships
• Ability to travel up to 60%
