- 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match
- $1,000 monthly healthcare contribution and access to a comprehensive wellbeing platform for employees and their families
- 20 days of paid time off, plus 40 hours of New York City sick leave
- Develop and own the North American product strategy, identifying meaningful opportunities within the U.S. healthcare and wellness market with a primary focus on clinicians, practitioners, clinics, and other B2B customers.
- Lead product discovery from beginning to end by speaking directly with users, conducting research, running experiments, testing assumptions, and validating problems and potential solutions before development begins.

- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to shape solutions, define requirements, evaluate technical and user-experience considerations, and turn early prototypes into intuitive products.
- Prioritize initiatives across a connected product portfolio and lead work through strategy, planning, development, launch, measurement, and continued improvement.
- Partner with Growth, Legal, Compliance, Product, and executive leadership; support customer and commercial discussions; and help colleagues strengthen their approach to discovery, prioritization, and outcome-focused decision-making.
- Minimum of five years of product management experience, including at least two years with meaningful autonomy and ownership over a product or significant product area.
- Strong B2B product experience, including direct interaction with professional or enterprise customers; experience developing both B2B and B2C products is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare or wellness market, ideally with experience developing products for clinicians, healthcare practitioners, clinics, employers, healthcare organizations, patients, or consumers.
- Demonstrated success working across multiple connected products or user groups and taking products from initial problem identification through discovery, prototyping, development, launch, and measurable results.
- Hands-on experience using modern design and AI-assisted prototyping tools, such as Figma, Lovable, Claude, or comparable platforms, to independently create and test product ideas.
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, make informed product decisions, influence senior stakeholders, and adjust direction when user feedback or data challenges an original assumption.
- Experience collaborating asynchronously with internationally distributed Product and Engineering teams, including maintaining meaningful overlap with European working hours.
- Base salary of $190,000 to $225,000 (DOE) along with an annual cash bonus tied to company recurring revenue growth.
- The bonus ranges from 5% of base salary at 10% revenue growth to a maximum of 20% of base salary at 40% or greater revenue growth, with performance between levels prorated and first-year awards adjusted based on the employee's start date.
- Benefits include a 401(k) plan with a 4% employer match, a $1,000 monthly healthcare contribution, 20 days of paid time off, 40 hours of New York City sick leave, and access to a comprehensive employee wellbeing platform for employees and their families.
