Principal, Account Manager – New Business Strategy

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and new brand partners
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement portfolio strategies for new clients
• Guide client through the onboarding process and manage expectations
• Leverage understanding of P&L to influence product and acquisition strategies
• Lead the strategy for new client implementation and delivery of modeled expectations
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver on strategic goals

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent, relevant work experience
• 10-13 years in Account Management, Sales, Finance, Product Management, Project Management, Marketing, or credit card portfolio management
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing (preferred)
• 10+ years management experience in a multi-level organization (preferred)
• Strong business and financial acumen within financial services, with the ability to translate complex portfolio data into executive-level recommendations
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Demonstrates expertise in Account Management and Client Onboarding, with a strong focus on financial acumen and strategic portfolio development. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver executive-level recommendations based on complex data analysis.
