positon summarythe division operations support employee provides critical administrative, operational, and budget assistance to the director of division operations. This role supports day‑to‑day division activities, ensures accurate financial and operational tracking, and contributes to key planning, reporting, and project review processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
responsibilities- monitor expenses and support division budget tracking.
- analyze uts downloads and prepare ta labor reports.
- review work programs and track overtime usage.
- perform fte calculations and support hiring reviews and input.
- prepare budget requests, extend reimbursable headcount, and process funding and budget entries.
- conduct project reviews including fan plant, force accounts, cost verification analyses, job number requests, and utilization reviews.
- support capital project monitoring and operational planning.
- respond to ad hoc requests and provide general administrative and data support for the division operations team.
analyst i & ii qualification requirements
- a master's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, accounting, transportation planning, industrial psychology, urban planning/studies, human resources management, labor relations, operations research, security management or in a related area, or
- a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of satisfactory full-time professional experience working in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, engineering, in management or methods of analysis, operations research, organization research or program evaluation, personnel or public administration, staff development, employment program planning or administration, security management; or general administration.
associate qualification requirements
- a master's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, public policy, engineering, engineering technology, economics, architecture, mathematics, physics, computer science, finance, accounting, transportation planning, industrial psychology, urban planning/studies, human resources management, labor relations, operations research, security management or in a related area, and one year of full‐time satisfactory professional experience working in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, engineering, in management or methods analysis, operations research, organizational research or program evaluation, personnel or public administration, staff development, employment program planning or administration, security management;
or general administration; or - a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university; and three years of satisfactory full-time experience as described in "1" above.
