Job Description & Summary The Opportunity As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Sales Strategy Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-related strategies and initiatives. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and offer guidance to help clients enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others, and navigating increasingly complex situations.

You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities for  this role at PwC, you will design customer journey maps and offer guidance to help clients create seamless and personalized experiences that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and advocacy. You will utilize a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations.

Upholding professional and technical standards, you will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience
- Designing customer journey maps to create seamless and personalized experiences
- Utilizing customer data management techniques to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conducting customer journey analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
- Implementing customer engagement strategies to boost customer retention and advocacy
- Managing sales funnel processes to optimize customer acquisition and conversion
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute customer experience strategies
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client projects
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client interactions
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and build client relationships

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study:
Computer Engineering, Information Cyber Security, Computer and Information Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications
- Demonstrating analytical thinking and business process improvement
- Utilizing customer experience strategy and customer journey analysis
- Excelling in customer relationship management and customer retention
- Navigating complex situations with intellectual curiosity and learning agility
- Developing insights through data interpretation and trend analysis
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating team needs

Travel Requirements Up to 60%
Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
