Location: New York
Ply is seeking a Lead Customer Success Manager to own a high-impact book of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts. You’ll stay hands-on and act as a player-coach, guiding the team while maintaining close customer ownership.
This hybrid role is based in New York City or Durham, NC with in-office days to scale our CS practices as we grow. You’ll lead onboarding, success planning, exec QBRs, drive renewals and expansion, and coach peers on deal strategy and renewal prep.
