- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in procurement operations, purchasing, procure-to-pay (P2P), procurement transformation, and global program support across corporate card, travel, contingent workforce, and third‑party labor operations within complex global organizations
- Deep expertise in end-to-end procurement processes, purchasing operations, procurement controls, intake orchestration, catalog management, punchout programs, purchase order optimization, and payment operations
- Demonstrated success leading global, cross‑functional teams and supporting enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives through influence, collaboration, and change leadership
- Proven ability to leverage automation, artificial intelligence, analytics, and digital workflow technologies to improve operational efficiency, compliance, stakeholder experience, and business outcomes
- Advanced analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive leadership
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with experience influencing senior leaders across Finance, Technology, Legal, Human Resources, Risk, and business functions
- Experience implementing, optimizing, or enhancing enterprise procurement S2P platforms (e.g., Coupa, SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Service Now, Zip, Oro or similar solutions) is preferred, particularly within large‑scale, global organizations
- Understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve business processes and drive efficiency through AI‑enabled solutions; experience leveraging AI, automation, and digital workflow technologies within procurement operations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field required
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline) preferred
- Lead the enterprise purchasing strategy and operational excellence agenda by driving global process transformation, automation, compliance, and digital innovation across the purchasing lifecycle
- Champion enterprise procurement transformation by establishing a forward‑looking operating model that simplifies the purchasing experience, accelerates adoption of digital capabilities, and delivers measurable business outcomes across the organization
- Drive the Supplier Lifecycle Modernization agenda by simplifying how employees engage with third parties while strengthening governance, financial stewardship, and user experience
- Develop and execute enterprise purchasing channel strategies, including intake, guided buying, catalogs, punchout solutions, and Purchase Order/Blanket Purchase Order optimization to increase automation, self‑service, and preferred supplier adoption
- Serve as a visionary leader for digital transformation by embedding artificial intelligence, automation, and data‑driven decision‑making across procurement operations to deliver measurable business value
- Lead global programs supporting corporate card, travel, contingent workforce, and third‑party labor operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, risk requirements, and enterprise policies
