Role Purpose/Mission:The Demand Planning & S&OP Manager leads forecasting, S&OP, and inventory management for the US, Canada, , and Spa channels. The role ensures accurate demand signals, strong cross‑functional alignment, and optimized inventory levels while driving continuous improvement and harmonizing planning processes between La Prairie and Chantecaille
.
- Manage retail and shipment forecasts for all saleable and non‑saleable SKUs across North America.
- Partner with Sales to incorporate trends, promotions, and business drivers into the demand plan.
- Conduct semi‑annual demand reviews and lead ongoing S&OP meetings with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Communicate stock risks and define mitigation plans with stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, planning tools, and process discipline.
- Lead harmonization of S&OP processes, data standards, and reporting between La Prairie and Chantecaille in partnership with Global Planning.
- Build new product forecasts using global benchmarks and local insights.
- Track performance vs. projections and adjust plans to manage shortages or excess.
- Ensure all launch‑related items are planned and delivered on time.
- Improve product freshness through better demand accuracy, lifecycle planning, and inventory controls.
- Identify actions to reduce aged inventory and optimize stock levels.
- Determine stop‑ship timing for discontinued SKUs and analyze post‑returns results.
- Provide ongoing insights on assortment changes and support ad‑hoc business analysis.

- Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain Management, Finance, Accounting, Business Management preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical ability, including understanding the business behind the numbers
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Detail oriented with ability to balance and organize multiple work priorities.
