Point One is reinventing how law firms operate. We build infrastructure for the legal industry, powering timekeeping and billing systems used by law firms and government agencies. Our AI-powered timekeeper helps attorneys capture billable time automatically and provides rich insights that transform how legal work is managed. We're a venture-backed startup (Y Combinator, Bessemer, 8VC, General Catalyst) made up of software engineers and ex-attorneys.

To keep up with inbound customer demand, we're quickly scaling the team following a $16M Series A.

You have:

• 3-6 years in a high-ownership role such as operations, consulting, banking, or an early-stage startup
• A generalist's range, moving between strategy, execution, and the details without losing momentum
• Strong analytical and written communication skills
• A high degree of ownership and comfort operating autonomously in ambiguity
• The judgment to be trusted with sensitive information and to work closely with the founders

Growth:
You will work directly with the founders on the highest-priority problems across the company, gaining exposure that few roles offer this early.

Impact:
You will own projects that span fundraising, hiring, operations, and go-to-market, and carry them through to results.

• Work directly with the CEO to ensure the company's most important projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Own cross-functional projects end to end, filling gaps wherever the business needs it most.
• Turn ambiguous goals into plans, then into shipped outcomes.
• Prepare materials for the board, investors, and the team.
• Build the operating cadence that keeps a fast-growing company aligned.

The compensation for this position is determined by multiple factors, including prior experience and expertise. A competitive equity component will also be offered as part of the package.
