- Assist the BD team in acquiring new merchants and maintaining existing merchant relationships
- Monitor merchant operations to ensure cooperation plans are implemented
- Support the execution of marketing activities to improve merchant engagement
- Collect, organize, and analyze city operation data to identify issues and propose improvements
- Assist in optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Manage the daily work of the city operations team
- Ensure the team achieves established KPIs and business goals
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations
- Regularly report operational progress, issues, and improvement plans
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields
- 2–5 years of operations or management experience in the food delivery, restaurant, or retail industry
- Familiar with the local market; having merchant resources or network is a plus
- Strong team collaboration and management skills
- Solid data analysis skills, able to identify issues and optimize execution
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of driving cross-department collaboration
- Highly self-motivated, able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
