Strategy & Operations Manager | Series A B2B Health Tech $150,000 - $190,000 + Equity | NYC (Midtown) – Hybrid
An exciting opportunity to join a VC-backed Series A B2B Health Tech startup as it enters its next stage of growth.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute key strategic priorities.
- Lead cross-functional projects across Operations, Product, Commercial and Finance.
- Analyze business performance, KPIs, customer trends and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build business cases and analytical models to support new initiatives, market expansion and investment decisions.
- Support pricing, GTM strategy and commercial initiatives.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and develop scalable processes as the business grows.
- Own strategic planning and help translate company objectives into measurable initiatives.
- Support fundraising, investor diligence and board-level strategic projects.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to improve visibility across key business metrics.
- Drive automation, process improvement and operational efficiency across the organization.
- Take ownership of high-priority, ambiguous projects that sit across multiple areas of the business.
- 4–7+ years of experience across Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, Biz Ops, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking or similar.
- Experience with in a VC-backed startup, SaaS, Health Tech or high-growth technology business preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work comfortably with complex data.
- Commercially minded with a track record of turning analysis into clear recommendations and action.
- Comfortable owning projects from initial problem definition through to execution.
- Experience working directly with founders, executives or senior leadership is advantageous.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with BI, analytics or automation tools is a plus.
