Are you up to the challenge?

Manage B2B client onboarding and portfolio maintenance by updating profiles, organizing media assets (photos/videos/content), and responding promptly to inbound account inquiries.

Assist product managers with annual Senior Care category launch plans, ticket management in Jira, and day‑to‑day project tracking.

Conduct data audits, data mapping, and dashboard uploads across Google Analytics, Airtable, and internal platforms.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and compile concise reports to identify areas for product and workflow optimization.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across engineering, product, and business operations to optimize site categories.

Utilize tools such as Airtable, Google Sheets, MS Office, and Google Analytics to maintain project documentation and operational efficiency.
