Join Barclays as a Fin Tech Product Manager, VP, where you will shape and deliver innovative Fin Tech-enabled solutions that help corporate clients manage their payments, treasury, cash flow, embedded finance, and digital commerce needs. You will define the product vision and roadmap, identify market opportunities and emerging technologies, develop business cases, prioritize investments, and translate strategic objectives into measurable product outcomes.
Serving as the voice of the customer and the business, you will lead product development, commercialization, governance, and lifecycle management while balancing client desirability, commercial viability, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and technical feasibility. You will collaborate across Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and external Fin Tech partners to deliver differentiated solutions aligned with Barclays’ Transaction Banking and Corporate Banking priorities, requiring a strong understanding of payments, embedded banking, platform ecosystems, API-enabled services, and Fin Tech business models.
To be successful as a Fin Tech Product Manager, VP, you should have:
- Understanding of Payments products including Wire, ACH, Check, FX and associated client workflows
- Knowledge of industry standards and connectivity models including SWIFT, ISO 20022 XML, MT formats, APIs and NACHA
- Experience working with Fin Techs, digital platforms, embedded finance providers or sponsor banking models
- Understanding of corporate banking, treasury management and transaction banking products
- Proven track record of owning and delivering strategic initiatives and product enhancements

This role is located in New York, NY.
Minimum Salary: $155,000
Maximum Salary: $200,000

Purpose of the roleTo develop and manage the success of specific financial products and services, providing in-depth expertise on a particular product line, bridging the gap between product development, marketing, sales, and customer service.
Accountabilities- Provision of SME expertise on specific products and services to customers and colleagues, including features, functionalities, benefits, limitations, risks and compliance.
- Identification of market trends, new features, regulatory requirements and potential risks, and analysis of data obtained from sales figures and, customer feedback, to support the product development process, and communicate key findings to relevant stakeholders to improve product offerings.
- Response to customer inquiries,resolution of issues,and provision of guidance on product usage..
- Presentation of the advantages and features of the product to potential customers,building trust and encouraging adoption.
- Assistance with the development and execution of marketing materials for the product,such as brochures,presentations,and online content.
- Participation in training sessions and workshops to share product knowledge and expertise with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Participation in events,conferences,and other networking opportunities to showcase the product and generate interest.
