Ariel Partners seeks a Federal Contracts & Compliance Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of federal contracts and ensure regulatory compliance. You will coordinate with stakeholders to negotiate terms, manage vendor relationships, and maintain meticulous contract documentation.
Responsibilities include handling FAR and UCC compliance, drafting and negotiating agreements, and supporting proposals with pricing and technical writing. Experience with ISO, CMMC, and Docu Sign is a plus.
