- Apply strategic advising to enhance project outcomes
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
- Develop and mentor top‑performing teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum six years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other relevant tax, technology, or finance credentials (may qualify)
- Ability to speak, read, and write Japanese
- Proven ability to identify and address client needs
- Experience building and utilizing client relationships
- Strong communication skills to articulate benefits
- Proficiency in managing resource requirements and project workflow
- Experience supervising teams to foster trust
- Ability to provide timely feedback to staff
- Demonstrated leadership as a business advisor
- Experience innovating through new technologies
- Proficiency in using digitization tools
Travel up to 20% of the time.
Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation will depend on skills, experience, and location. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
