Are you ready to drive the strategic execution of high-impact brand initiatives for a premier global investment and asset management firm? This high-visibility contract opportunity positions you at the center of communications and marketing operations, where your expertise in workflow optimization will directly elevate enterprise-level campaigns. You will serve as a consultative partner across internal cross-functional teams and external vendors to turn complex marketing goals into seamlessly executed assets.

Schedule:

Contract (5 Days Onsite, NYC) Potential Perm Conversion. Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end creative operations by optimizing project intake, resource allocation, and workflow sequencing to ensure the seamless execution of high-profile brand initiatives.

Facilitate cross-functional strategic alignment by leading daily stand-ups, establishing production timelines, and unifying global stakeholders across all marketing channels.

Proactively mitigate operational risk through rigorous critical thinking, identifying potential workflow bottlenecks, and implementing agile solutions before deliverables are impacted.

Optimize vendor partnerships and business processes by tracking team KPIs, conducting quarterly workflow analyses, and maximizing third-party agency performance.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of project management execution within a fast-paced corporate, in-house environment (non-agency).Advanced expertise in project management methodology (Agile/Waterfall) and proficiency with collaboration platforms like Hive, or Basecamp.

Proven track record of managing end-to-end creative schedules, cross-functional resources, and third-party vendor relationships under tight timelines.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, accompanied by superior executive-level communication skills. Opportunity
