Fanatics is building a leading global digital sports platform. We ignite the passions of global sports fans and maximize the presence and reach for our hundreds of sports partners globally by offering products and services across Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Collectibles, and Fanatics Betting & Gaming, allowing sports fans to Buy, Collect, and Bet. Through the Fanatics platform, sports fans can buy licensed fan gear, jerseys, lifestyle and streetwear products, headwear, and hardgoods;
collect physical and digital trading cards, sports memorabilia, and other digital assets; and bet as the company builds its Sports book and iGaming platform. Fanatics has an established database of over 100 million global sports fans; a global partner network with approximately 900 sports properties, including major national and international professional sports leagues, players associations, teams, colleges, college conferences and retail partners, 2,500 athletes and celebrities, and 200 exclusive athletes;
and over 2,000 retail locations, including its Lids retail stores. Our more than 22,000 employees are committed to relentlessly enhancing the fan experience and delighting sports fans globally.
Fanatics is looking for a Senior Manager, Strategy & Partnerships to decide what Fanatics ONE delivers to members, secure the supply behind it, and manage the partners who provide it.
Fanatics ONE recognizes fans across the entire Fanatics ecosystem. Members earn gifts, event experiences, and event tickets, among other benefits. Two teams deliver that work: one runs gifting operations, one runs event production. This role sits alongside them and answers a different question. Are we delivering the right things, to the right members, from the right partners, at the optimal cost.
Expanding capacity is the leading task in front of this function. The limit on the program is not how many members we have, it is what we can source, fund, and deliver to them.
Three things sit here. The programmatic plan, meaning what a member at each tier receives and what it costs us to deliver. The supply base behind that plan, across internal Fanatics teams and outside partners. And the measurement that says whether any of it is working.
You will manage a junior resource and receive additional support from dedicated finance and analytics teammates. You will work closely with Gifting Operations, Event Production, VIP Hosting, Legal, Finance, Data, and counterparts across Fanatics Commerce and Collectibles.
This is a hands‑on builder's seat. The function is new, and the person who succeeds here will be as comfortable in a spreadsheet as in a partner meeting.
Responsibilities What we deliver, and to whom- Own the programmatic plan: what members at each tier receive, when they receive it, and what it costs
- Own the demand side: build and narrow recipient lists with the data team, and make the judgment calls on who gets what
- Own benefits matrix adherence and how budget is allocated across gifting and event production
- Build and develop the Infinite Rewards catalog
- Own the 6-12 month supply plan: what we need to be able to offer, at what volume, and what it takes to get there
- Own internal Fanatics sourcing across product, memorabilia, and trading cards
- Own third‑party sourcing and vendor management functions
- Find and remove whatever caps what the delivery teams can execute, whether that is a supplier, a contract, a cost, or a lead time
- Turn Fanatics advantages into benefits members cannot get anywhere else, and make them repeatable
- Own partner relationships after signature, and turn signed agreements into benefits members actually receive
- Manage delivery across the live partner programs, including cruise,…
