Strategy & Operations – Senior Associate or Manager

• Own the company’s biggest program implementation to date, building and maintaining the master implementation plan through the 2027 go-live
• Drive cross-functional teams to meet implementation milestones across GTM, Operations, Revenue Cycle, Product, and Engineering
• Identify and clear blockers affecting implementation timelines and escalated to leadership when needed
• Establish and run the program’s operating rhythm, including stand-ups, cross-team syncs, and weekly reports to senior leaders
• Serve as Verse’s primary operational point of contact for the customer’s implementation team
• Prepare materials, lead customer discussions, and track action items from regular syncs
• Turn implementation experience into a repeatable playbook for future implementation leaders and simultaneous implementations
• Travel to customer meetings as needed to represent Verse in person

• 5+ years running multi-function programs to a fixed launch date, ideally in healthcare consulting or implementation
• Track record project managing large, cross-functional teams internally and with external customers
• Ability to manage up
• Experience building processes from scratch and improving, scaling, or handing them off
• Ability to ramp up quickly on complex healthcare financial and regulatory domains
• Ability to build fluency in the product, operations, and customer value proposition
• Elite organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong quantitative analytical skills
• Experience building or maintaining data dashboards is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Track record of leading others
• Willingness to work extended hours when required
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to work at least four days per week out of the NYC office
