As a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation (L&H), you will play a key role in driving and delivering high-impact transformation initiatives across the L&H value chain.

You will lead initiatives end-to-end — from strategic framing through execution and benefits realization — spanning operating models, governance, processes, technology, and ways of working.

You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, helping turn strategic ambition into tangible change that delivers sustainable business outcomes, not just presentations, but results embedded in the organization.

The L&H Business Transformation & Initiatives team

Weconvert L&H strategy into measurable execution, champion excellence in project,program and portfolio delivery. Additionally, we run and enhance central governance processes and enable effective resource allocation and decision-making.

We are a globally distributed, experienced team working across the entire L&H value chain, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

You thrive in complex, international environments and combine strategic thinking with pragmatic execution. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders at all levels. With strong ownership and a structured mindset, you translate ideas into concrete outcomes and measurable impact.

You act as a bridge-builder between strategy and execution, global and local,business and technology.

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting
  , professional services
  , or transformation/project leadership within insurance or reinsurance
• Proven track recordof leading complex transformations end-to-end (scope, plan, stakeholders, risks, delivery), including cross-functional teams
• Strong grounding in project and change methodologies (e.g.Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Change Management, Process Engineering)
• Proven ability to bridge strategy and execution
  , including problem structuring, data analysis, process design, and development of decision-ready artefacts
• Analytical and financial acumen:
