Responsibilities

• Support analysis of carrier and linehaul performance to identify operational gaps, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities
• Assist with developing and maintaining SOPs, operational playbooks, and standardized workflows
• Conduct root-cause analysis and support initiatives to improve on-time performance, reduce dwell and service failures, and increase operational efficiency
• Gather frontline feedback from dispatch and operations teams to identify process and tooling pain points
• Translate operational feedback into documented requirements and improvement opportunities
• Support system and process improvements through research, testing, pilot programs, and data analysis
• Partner with operations, carrier management, product, engineering, planning, and other teams on linehaul improvement initiatives
• Support project coordination, documentation, milestone tracking, and follow-up actions
• Assist with carrier onboarding, peak readiness, and network change initiatives

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
• Skilled in data cleansing and analysis. Advanced command of Excel functions; capable of independently conducting data consolidation, analysis and visual presentation.
• Strong written capability with outstanding information synthesis and summarization skills. Able to produce logically rigorous, well-structured project documents, analytical reports and business materials.
• Experience in cross-functional collaborative projects is preferred. High self-motivation, robust problem-solving skills, able to adapt quickly to U.S. market pace and cultural differences, and remain solution-oriented.
• Minimum 4 full on-site working days per week (5 days preferred); internship term of no less than 4 months.
• Prior internship experience in e-commerce operations is a plus.
• Majors including Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management and Business Analysis and relevant majors are preferred.
• 5 days on-site working preferred

Job Information

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $25- $25.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance.
