In this role, you will define the roadmap for a private, clinically rigorous treatment platform that removes barriers to care for patients with opioid use disorder. Your work demands a rare balance of deep empathy for vulnerable populations and the strategic discipline to navigate complex B2B healthcare constraints.
What we're looking for:- 4 to 8 years of product management experience, preferably within healthcare or highly regulated B2B environments.
- Proven ability to translate clinical evidence and provider needs into intuitive digital experiences.
- Strong background in managing stakeholder relationships across medical, legal, and operational teams.
- Experience building products that prioritize accessibility and trust for sensitive health conditions.
- Must be based in the United States.
