Program Manager III Remote
Summary:
We are seeking a Program Manager to support cross‑functional planning, execution, and operational delivery for initiatives related to incentive programs and marketing science. In this role, you will help coordinate stakeholders, track progress against key milestones, and drive clear communication and documentation to ensure timely, high‑quality outcomes. Program Manager to run end‑to‑end operations for a new suite of Go‑Big measurement pilots that accelerate advertiser adoption of incrementality‑based measurement as their source of truth for budgeting.

You’ll build the tracking dashboards and leadership updates, flag risks and anti‑gaming signals, and document the SOPs that make these pilots scalable.

- Monitor program performance and communicate progress, risks, and mitigation plans to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
- Partner with analytics and marketing science stakeholders to help translate insights into actionable program recommendations
- Contribute to process improvements by identifying gaps, proposing solutions, and helping implement scalable workflows
- Experience in program or project management supporting cross‑functional initiatives
- Ability to navigate and collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment – Incentive program experience (e.g., planning, operations, measurement, or lifecycle management of incentive initiatives)
- Marketing science experience, including familiarity with measurement concepts, experimentation, and data‑informed decision making
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce clear documentation and status updates
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in ambiguous environments
