As a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation (L&H), you will play a key role in driving and delivering high-impact transformation initiatives across the L&H value chain.

You will lead initiatives end-to-end - from strategic framing through execution and benefits realization - spanning operating models, governance, processes, technology, and ways of working.

You will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, helping turn strategic ambition into tangible change that delivers sustainable business outcomes, not just presentations, but results embedded in the organization.

The L&H Business Transformation & Initiatives team
, part of L&H Business Advisory, drives change and sustainable performance across the L&H business unit. We convert L&H strategy into measurable execution, champion excellence in project, program and portfolio delivery. Additionally, we run and enhance central governance processes and enable effective resource allocation and decision-making. We are a globally distributed, experienced team working across the entire L&H value chain, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.

You thrive in complex, international environments and combine strategic thinking with pragmaticexecution. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing stakeholders at all levels. With strong ownership and a structured mindset, you translate ideas into concrete outcomes and measurable impact. You act as a bridge-builder between strategy and execution, global and local, business and technology.
