Job Overview

Senior Associate – Strategy Consulting (Business Model Reinvention). In this role you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyze market trends, assess business performance, and develop recommendations to help clients achieve their goals.

• Analyze market trends and assess business performance to develop strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with clients to identify growth opportunities and optimize operations.
• Provide consulting services across strategic areas to align with client business objectives.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic planning.
• Utilize data analytics to generate insights and support business transformation initiatives.
• Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to enhance client profitability.
• Engage in business process improvement to drive operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain meaningful client relationships to support strategic initiatives.
• Navigate complex situations to deliver quality solutions and support client needs.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and development.

• At least a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience.

• Master’s degree.
• Excel in business process improvement and strategic planning.
• Demonstrate analytical thinking and data analytics proficiency.
• Navigating complex consumer markets with strategic management skills.
• Conduct competitive analysis and industry trend research.
• Develop customer experience strategies and insights.
• Embrace change and foster creativity in business transformation.
• Utilize stakeholder analysis for effective client support.

Up to 80% travel.

Salary range: $77,000 - $202,000. Compensation within the range depends on individual skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
