What’s the role?
We are looking for a new member to join our team, specifically to support the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, based in New York. In supporting our leadership, you are confident in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. You are used to maintaining effective lines of communication, keeping managers fully informed of all critical issues, and confident in making quick decisions and thinking on your feet.
You are reliable, dedicated, proactive, organized, independent and very detail oriented. You feel comfortable communicating and interacting at senior levels, both internally and externally, and understand the need to uphold discretion in all matters.
We’ll Trust You To:
Play a strategic role ensuring the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development’s time is used as effectively as possible, managing meetings, logistics and travel to ensure the success and efficiency of ongoing initiatives and activities
Run all administrative logistics and aspects related to this role;
Support various projects and work directly with the team to accommodate administrative needsPrepare and consolidate meeting agendas, briefing memos and documents ahead of time
Complete tasks, assignments and projects in a timely manner. Work independently, prioritize critical tasks - often with little direct supervision
Support event logistics including preparing content for internal/external meetings (agenda, materials, catering, etc.)
Arrange domestic and international travel with attention and care to all logistics, including being available during the duration of travel
Track business-related expenses and draft expense reports via the Bloomberg expense management tool
Develop relationships with key stakeholders across the organization; leverage resources and knowledge to operate effectively
Exercise professional demeanor and attitude. Uphold confidentiality with regards to the team, business and employees
You’ll need to have:
7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar role
Bachelor’s degree
Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (including formulas)
Demonstrated effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders
Excellent organizational abilities and can balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
The ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities
Strong critical thinker with deep attention to detail
Proactive problem solver
Salary Range = 85, USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
