In this role, you will assist in the execution of new store openings, relocations, and expansion projects, while playing a key operational role in managing facilities invoices and financial workflows within SAP. In this role, you will assist in the execution of new store openings, relocations, and expansion projects, while playing a key operational role in managing facilities invoices and financial workflows within SAP. Job Responsibilities Store Planning & Project Support- Support Store Planning project managers in tracking timelines, action logs, and deliverables for new store openings, expansions, and relocations.
- Assist in organizing, maintaining, and distributing architectural drawings, space plans, and design specification packages to internal teams and external vendors.
- Help coordinate communications with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project milestones.
- Prepare status reports, presentation decks, and visual documentation for project reviews.
- Own the end-to-end invoice management process for the Facilities team, ensuring timely logging, verification, and routing for approval.
- Process purchase requisitions, create purchase orders (POs), and manage Goods Receipts (GRs) utilizing SAP.
- Reconcile vendor accounts, track monthly facilities expenditures against budgets, and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and the finance department.
- Maintain organized digital archives of all contracts, service agreements, and financial documentation.
- Assist with routine facilities administration and coordinate minor maintenance work order updates as needed.
- Education:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Architecture, or Interior Design. - Technical
Skills:- Prior experience or strong familiarity with SAP (or similar ERP systems) and financial tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or design software is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical aptitude, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, Loro Piana reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $20 USD per hour.
