Manager, Business Transformation

Our client is seeking a Manager, Strategic Initiatives to join a high-impact team responsible for driving complex, cross-functional projects across the organization.

This group operates as an internal consulting and execution function, partnering with leaders across the business to solve challenging problems, improve processes, and successfully deliver high-priority initiatives. Projects may span business integration, M&A-related activities, organizational transformation, technology and systems implementations, process improvement, and other enterprise-wide initiatives.

The Manager will take ownership of projects from initial assessment through execution and completion. This individual will evaluate business needs, develop structured plans, align key stakeholders, identify potential risks and roadblocks, and ensure initiatives continue moving forward.

This is a highly visible, hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working across functions, solving complex business problems, and operating in fast-moving environments where priorities can evolve.

• Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives from initial planning through successful execution.
• Partner with business leaders to assess challenges, define objectives, and develop actionable project plans.
• Coordinate initiatives involving multiple departments, business units, and stakeholders.
• Support integration activities related to acquisitions, organizational changes, new business initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Lead or support technology and systems implementation projects across the organization.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks and develop solutions to keep initiatives on track.
• Establish timelines, milestones, deliverables, and ownership across project teams.
• Facilitate meetings and working sessions with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and execution.
• Communicate project status, key decisions, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Influence stakeholders and drive accountability without relying on direct reporting authority.
• Step into ambiguous or evolving situations and create structure, clarity, and forward momentum.

• Approximately 5–8+ years of professional experience in business operations, consulting, project management, transformation, integration, strategy, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in environments with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work across multiple levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience with business transformation, systems implementations, M&A integration, or enterprise-wide initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
