The Client Service Consultant II (CSCII) has overall accountability for the day-to-day administrative service support of multiple National Account clients (5,000+lives). The CSC II is part of an overall account team tasked with understanding the customers’ needs and wants and focused on delivering group benefit products that meet those needs, along with delivering a service experience that exceeds expectations and makes it easy for customers to do business with Met Life.
Key Responsibilities- Manages day-to-day administration for multiple/complex clients; leads projects and serves as liaison with internal teams.
- Delivers exceptional client service, ensuring consistent satisfaction and effective solutions.
- Coordinates client meetings, prepares materials, and leads audits and strategic planning with financial partners.
- Acts as a subject matter expert; supports RFP responses and permits collaboration across teams.
- Maintains knowledge of legal agreements, industry trends, competitors, and Met Life products/services.
- 2+ years relevant business experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; self‑motivated with a proactive learning mindset.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to use approved AI tools to support routine tasks such as drafting, summarizing, organization information, and improving day‑to‑day efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree; disability product experience preferred.
- Strong project management, problem‑solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and balance client needs with business capabilities.
The expected salary range for this position is $74,500 - $99,300. This role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
