Senior Manager, Demand Planning

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Planning to join Victoria Beckham Beauty. Based in New York and reporting directly to the COO.

The Senior Manager, Demand Planning will own end-to-end unit-level demand forecasting across both the Wholesale and DTC/Ecommerce channels, translating channel revenue plans into the forecasts that drive the company's monthly S&OP process. This role will partner closely with product development, marketing, digital and operations teams to ensure forecasted demand translates into the right inventory, in the right place, at the right time.

• Own the DTC/Ecommerce unit-level demand forecast, built from the revenue forecast shared monthly by the Ecommerce and Marketing teams; lead the monthly Ecommerce Forecast meeting to review and refresh assumptions.
• Lead the monthly DTC forecast review, comparing prior-month actuals to plans, future business activity planning and adjusting go-forward assumptions.
• Utilize sell-through by SKU, channel, and territory against forecast, reporting variances and adjusting the forward-looking model accordingly.
• Identify shifts in sales patterns, including halo effects from new launches, seasonality, and promotional lift, to incorporate into revenue and inventory planning models.

• Partner with the Wholesale team to take the retailer-level revenue forecast and translate into a unit-level forecast.
• Lead the monthly B2B forecast review, comparing prior-month actuals to plans, future business activity planning and adjusting go-forward assumptions.
• Own new-door and retailer-level forecast planning in partnership with Wholesale, including onboarding new accounts into the forecast model.

• Partner with Product Development & Marketing to build and validate launch, shade-extension, and NPI (New Product Introduction) forecasts across all channels.
• Own Tester, Sample, and GWP (Gift with Purchase) unit forecasting process.
• Build and maintain a standalone rolling forecast for emerging or smaller channels to feed total S&OP.
• Own the monthly S&OP cycle end to end: consolidating channel forecasts, facilitating; cross-functional review meetings and presenting the consensus demand plan.
• Partner with Supply Planning to hand off the agreed demand plan, to ensure a clean transition from forecast to production and supply planning.
• Own Tier Classification forecasting inputs as part of the quarterly S&OP cycle.

• Partner with Supply Planning on monthly slow-moving, excess/aging and discontinued inventory reviews, using demand signals to recommend markdown, reallocation, or discontinuation timing.
• Inform key stakeholders of demand-driven risks to launch and marketing timelines, including exposure from under- or over-forecasted inventory.
• Provide the unit demand assumptions Supply Planning uses for packaging and wholesale materials (e.g., testers, applicators) purchasing.

• Maintain and continuously improve the company's demand forecasting infrastructure, currently housed in Google Sheets, ahead of the planned ERP rollout.
• Own monthly demand reporting, including forecast accuracy (forecast vs. actual), and present findings in the appropriate leadership forums.
• Document and formalize forecasting assumptions, cadences, and methodologies to build a scalable, less spreadsheet-dependent process.

• 6-8 years of demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP experience, ideally within a multi-channel (DTC + B2B) consumer goods, beauty, or luxury environment.
• Proven ownership of SKU-level and retailer-level forecasting, with the ability to model unit forecasts off of channel revenue targets.
