Senior Manager - Intelligence

This is a highly strategic role that sits at the intersection of market intelligence, business strategy, client development, and firm growth, offering the opportunity to work closely with practice leaders, partners, and senior business professionals across the firm.

In this position, you will play a critical role in helping to shape the firm's business strategy by delivering actionable market insights, competitive analysis, and forward-looking intelligence that supports revenue growth, client development, and strategic decision-making across one of the world's most respected law firms.

We would love to speak with individuals who bring deep competitive intelligence, market research, strategy, or business analytics experience from a law firm or professional services environment. Expertise leveraging data, technology, and market intelligence to drive business outcomes will be particularly valuable.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Develop a deep understanding of the firm's practices, clients, markets, and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights that support growth and decision-making.
• Deliver actionable analysis on industry trends, market developments, competitor activity, and broader economic and business factors impacting the firm and its clients.
• Partner with firm leadership to support strategic planning initiatives and identify opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
• Lead sophisticated market research projects and qualitative and quantitative studies to inform firmwide, practice, client, and partner-specific strategies.
• Identify opportunities for new client acquisition and support initiatives aimed at strengthening and expanding existing client relationships.
• Leverage data, technology, and innovative intelligence solutions to enhance business development and strategic decision-making capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging competitive intelligence tools, technologies, and methodologies, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the function.
• Collaborate closely with partners and business services leadership to ensure intelligence resources are aligned with the firm's strategic priorities.
• Contribute to a high-performing, client-focused team culture while maintaining the highest standards of service and professional excellence.
