Manager, Product Management – Bedrock Team

Drive Operational Excellence for Payments on the Bedrock enterprise platform
Work closely with product and engineering leadership and tenant stakeholders across Card, Recoveries, Auto Finance, and Personal Loans
Drive the roadmap and prioritization for Platform Observability
Modernize Well Managed Controls Infrastructure
Automate Reliability Engineering with AI
Improve Quality Engineering to ensure a resilient platform
Demonstrate proficiency in Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership product management practices
Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business or Marketing, with the required degree obtained on or before the scheduled start date
• OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
• Must not require new employment authorization sponsorship from Capital One

Demonstrates expertise in Product Management with a focus on Operational Excellence, Platform Observability, and Reliability Engineering. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate business strategies into consumer-facing digital products.
