The Associate Market Executive serves as a strategic leadership partner to the Market Executive and Market Directors, helping lead the execution of business objectives across the Manhattan Market. The role is responsible for driving business growth, supporting Financial Advisor success, overseeing operational and administrative effectiveness, strengthening governance and risk management practices, and advancing recruiting and talent development initiatives. The position acts as a key connector across leadership, advisors, operations, client service, risk, compliance, and corporate partners to deliver a strong client experience and sustainable market growth.
- Partner with Market Executives and Market Directors to execute strategic priorities, drive business growth, and achieve market performance objectives.
- Lead initiatives focused on revenue growth, net new asset acquisition, advisor productivity, client acquisition, and market profitability.
- Serve as the primary advisor on Financial Advisor compensation matters, partnering with advisors, market leadership, and business stakeholders.
- Coach and support Financial Advisors in business planning, practice management, prospecting strategies, pricing decisions, and complex client situations.
- Identify opportunities to increase assets under management, deepen client relationships, expand market share, and improve advisor effectiveness.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives for Financial Advisors and Field leaders.
- Partner with operations, administrative, and client service teams to drive process improvements, organizational effectiveness, client retention, and an enhanced advisor and client experience.

Your Skills And Experience- ideally 5+ years of experience in a similar role within a leading financial institution

- Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration.
- Demonstrated success managing complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders.
- Exhibits business acumen with a strong understanding of wealth management, advisor practice management, and business development.
