COMPENSATION: $89 - $99 HOURLY Role Overview An experienced trade compliance professional is sought for a program management role. The position involves managing and improving an export compliance program with a focus on technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong subject matter expertise in encryption regulations, dual-use export classification, and licensing requirements, along with program management skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct export classification reviews for intangible items such as software and technology.
* Manage the collection of information and preparation of global trade licenses and declarations, including  deemed export  licenses.
* Track U.S. and non-US license and authorization expirations and manage renewals.
* Manage compliance and reporting obligations associated with U.S. and non-US licenses and authorizations.
* Monitor regulatory changes in export controls, conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments, and evaluate impacts.
* Develop and manage metrics for management reporting on export compliance programs, with a focus on intangibles.
* Execute other projects in support of the global trade compliance program.

Required Qualifications
*
* Education:

** A Bachelor's degree is required.
*
* Experience:

*** 5+ years of experience in export compliance within a global corporate environment, including U.S. export classification under the Export Administration Regulations with a focus on software, technology, and encryption regulations.
* 5+ years of experience working with engineering teams to determine export controls.
* 5+ years of experience using SNAP-R.
* 3+ years of experience managing an export classification program.
