Your Role
Here’s what you will be doing:
- Conduct executive, company, and industry research and analysis
- Support active client engagements and business development initiatives
- Develop presentations, reports, and thought leadership materials
- Network and interact with colleagues across practices, industries, and functions, including firm leaders and partners
- Complete individual and collaborative team projects delivering value to the Firm
- Present project work and key learnings to office leadership and colleagues at internship conclusion

- Possess strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills

- Are self-directed, resourceful, team-oriented, and proactive
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, entering final year (Spring 2028 or Fall/Winter 2027 graduates)
- Have strong academic performance (minimum 3.3 GPA); all majors welcome
- Hold permanent U.S. work authorization (U.S. citizenship or permanent residency)
- Salary of $26.00 per hour
- $2,500 sign-on bonus
Interns receive hands-on project work, training sessions, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Each intern is paired with an Advisor, Mentor, and Buddy for guidance and coaching. Feedback includes structured mid-program and end-of-program evaluations and regular coaching from project teams and leadership. Interns strengthen skills in research, analysis, business writing, communication, AI-powered tools, stakeholder management, project management, professional judgment, and team collaboration.

High-performing Analyst Interns may be considered for full-time Analyst roles upon graduation. Many current Analysts began as Summer Analyst Interns, making the program a pathway into the Firm and an opportunity to build lasting relationships across practices, industries, and offices.
